ProDesigning Posted December 23, 2009 Share Posted December 23, 2009 Can you give some more details mylove4life as the Kayako integration still works with WHMCS the only thing that doesn't is for some oddball reason WHMCS doesnt show the tickets on the clients main page. However if you go to supporttickets.php when logged in as a user you can see all the tickets open and closed. Does anyone know of a way to fix this so that I can have it show the open tickets on the clients homepage when logged in instead of just linking to supporttickets.php? Any help is appreciated.
