Hi,

Subject says it all really, when a client clicks on "View Invoice" all it shows is a blank page.

The blank page's source code is below:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
<HTML><HEAD>
<META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"></HEAD>
<BODY></BODY></HTML>

I have deleted viewinvoice.php and re-uploaded in binary using both Core FTP and WS_FTP and all i get is the same result.

Any help/advice would be greatly received.

Hey,

Change to the default template and then clear out your templates_c folder. That has to be in whmcs/templates_c even tho we have the option to edit it. That should show.

If it does work, that means your .tpl file is wrong, or you have to move your templates_c folder with in the whmcs folder.

Hi,

Template was already on default so i deleted everything in the templates_c folder and tried it but it was still showing a blank page - this is also happening with clients so its not just me laptop or PC.

Anymore ideas?

Hey,

Re-Upload your templates folder....

Hi Adam,

I deleted all the templates and re-uploaded them and it still did not work. :(

I also tried it with the old version templates and it also no longer works with them now (something in the V3 Upgrade).

Also i did delete the templates_c folder after each upload.

Anyone know a fix for this, please...
