we have a resellers account .

Error: Connecting to ssl://epp.nominet.org.uk on port 700.

The error message was '' (code 0)

please could someone explain why this error code is happening

I am also getting this same error today.

I have moved servers where WHMCS resides. I've notified Nominet of the new IP address associated with the server but still no joy. I've raised it with Nominet too.

Which Nameservers do you think may cause this Rob?

Cheers.

can the machine resolve epp.nominet.org.uk (i.e. your local resolv.conf entries) ?

did you compile php with curl/ssl support ?

can you telnet to port 700 ?

I have tried everything nothing working ?

My reseller acccount is on a shared server?

do i need a dedicated server ?

Got mine fixed. I had registered the IP address with Nominet for the hosting account where WHMCS resides rather than the server gateway IP for all IP aliases.

Could this be the same for you Umar?

Thanks for the pointers Rob.
