Mortfiles Posted November 1, 2009 Share Posted November 1, 2009 Altough the searchbox in the admin box is nice, I rarely use and I have kept finding myself in need for a quick filter option that would instantly filter the various tables and the solution was much easier than I could imagine By simply adding a bit of javascript in the admin header from http://rikrikrik.com/jquery/quicksearch/ and tie it to the table.datatable css class you can instantly make all datatables searchable i realtime! The only downside is that the tables don't have <thead></thead> so that the tableheadings won't show up when you search....
