Customer tried to change nameservers in the DNS Panel

And he received the error:

 

Registrar Error

Duplicate values for nameserver

 

I was able to replicate it, so I logged into the Directi account and did it within Directi's panel and it worked fine.

 

We were changing nameservers from:

 

ns1.byet.org

ns2.byet.org

 

to:

 

ns3.pinnacle-solution.com

ns4.pinnacle-solution.com

 

Any idea as to what this might mean?
