jdwalte3
I believe a customer can transfer their domain away from us but within WHMCS the status remains Active. This results in the customer being Invoiced the following year and possibly being charged if they do not check/respond to the Invoice email. Has anyone else noticed this issue or have any resolution? In one of our whmcs installations we do not have enom sync enabled and this is the installation that had domain transfers. Our other installation has enom sync enabled but it is a new installtion. Maybe the enom sync function resolves the issue I am referring to? Thanks, JD
fahmi
Yes, maybe It will resolve your problem. You'll receive an email something like this Enom Domain Sync Report --------------------------------------------------- Error for xxxxx.com: Domain name not found Then you have to delete it manually from whmcs. I'm not sure whether whmcs have feature that delete automatically or not
