Ronny AcuNett
Anyone tried to use it? I have it enabled, but it's not calling
Ronny AcuNett
I found it, had to set the call rating to 0. The way this is setup though, I'm not sure it is useful at all. The client is called after he puts in his details (not CC details). A fraudulent order can easily get by that. Put his own #, get called, put in the pin, then on the next screen change the # to match the number on the card. I would suggest locking the details fields so the client cannot change them after making the phone verification.
davidr99
Yeah but if you have his real phone # you can trace him back easly. Most people don't want anything linking them back so I don't think they would fraud you.

ppc
No, it is not included in the free options. Matt matt - any update on the issue?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 2, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 2, 2007 Not sure what you are expecting? I don't have any control over what MaxMind provide in the free service. For phone call verifications, you have to buy credits - no other option. Matt

I meant is there any update on the following: I found it, had to set the call rating to 0. The way this is setup though, I'm not sure it is useful at all.
