dpdexter Posted October 27, 2009 Share Posted October 27, 2009 We often redirect emails that come in from clients to the support address (pipe). That way it would create a ticket that looks like it came from directly from the client. This has worked with all of our other email based support systems; however it doesn't appear to work with whmcs.
