Alcedema
I've tried looking for possible causes for this, but still come up trumps. Registering is fine, however the domain doesn't set itself to active once the domain registration has gone through (even though I received the email from NEO) - the NEO sync cron is running. Also when I want to update the domain, i.e. nameservers, registrar lock, activating dns/email management.. nothing changes. Also clicking on "Modify contact details" brings up the error message "Registrar Error: Invalid Data Rejected". Do I have to log into NEO panel and activate the free dns/email forwarding for each new domain? Isn't the DNS management and Email forwarding options in the module meant to do that? Thanks!
netearth
Hi there, I know a couple of these None of the LogicBoxes modules that have been created by whmcs control the FreeDNS / email or web forwarding to my knowledge, so currently they would have to use the NEO (LB) control panel. WHMCS should be ablve to change NS, create NS, set customer lock and add at time of order ID Protection. Again none of the LB modules (resell.biz / RC / DI / NEO) support changing the WHOIS inofmation if thats what you are trying to do. We have made modules for 3.6.1, but, the V4 modules are just finishing beta now for customersync and enabling/disabling IDProtect. As for setting itself actuve that should happen at time of registration, so that could be a Matt (bump) question. Regards, Chris
Alcedema
Thanks for the quick reply as always Chris. We've still been unable to change nameservers through WHMCS (client and admin), it just reverts to the ones already on record. Any word on when you will be changing over your platform? Cheers!

I don't think there is a new platform. Chris just always mentions it to wind us up

Are you sure you've got that particular tld set to NE1 in Setup >> Domain Pricing ? WHMCS forces you, AFAIK, to manually set to active all orders as a fraud prevention thing.
Alcedema
Hi, yes, netearthone is set as our registrar and the order was set to active, just the domain wasn't.
