ehm
I'm new to WHMCS, so I'm not putting this on the "bugs" forum since I guess it's my mistake somewhere... I'm creating this users on WHMCS system and yesterday I create a new user, give him the product he has and all seams all right. This night, the crow runs the invoices 3:00AM and for my surprise, the user was totally deleted from my server: This is the LOG from my server Tue Oct 20 03:00:40 2009:REMOVE:xxxxxxx:root:My_USER_NAME.com:my_user Investigating further, I so that the DUE date on the product I just created yesterday for this user was "00/00/00" and the user received an e-mail telling that he was overdue and then the WHMCS software REMOVED the user from my server. It's not the right way to do in my views. If the user is overdue, his account should be suspend but NEVER REMOVED. the REMOVE should be a manual operation. So, where do I have to check the settings in order to never remove user from my server automatically? Thank you
Erik H.
The option to remove the account is set in your setup. So I think you misconfigured your configuration. Check setup > automation settings > and look if "Enable Termination" is clicked....
