ricect
What does this mean. I am trying to register my domains through WHMCS. I get this error. The domains are already registered with the dns pointed to my server. However, I need them listed on my clients accounts in WHMCS. Registrar Error Invalid client IP: 174.120.118.162
scurrell
Is this for the Enom module? You need to send them a ticket asking them to add your IP for API access.
Createdperfect
I sent them the ticket and they changed the ip address and I am still getting this error. I even went back through the setup and was on the phone with enom. They informed me to see if I can get help here. I have my IP set correctly in the whmcs that I know of under "Server" also I have set all the cron jobs that were asked to be set in order to operate properly. I just cant figure this out. Even went to adjust the dns and it still says invalid IP and gives me an ip even my reseller provider cant understand.
magga
It doesn't have anything to do with the IP address you have set in "Server". The IP address to give to Enom would be the one returned in the initial error regarding "Invalid Client IP" so in your case, they should be granting the IP 174.120.118.162 API access.
