remsys
We have a customer who wants to prepay 1 month in advance. Normally he is getting invoices several days before due date, for the next billing period. The only one solution for me is to bill him manually one time (the 1 month worth value ) , after edit the future generated invoices billing periods manually, every month. This is silly so I ask if anyone has other suggestions. Thanks for sharing ideas.
tbenoit
Have him "Add Funds" into his account when he wants to pay. That way WHMCS will generate the invoice and take the payment from the credit he deposited into his account when he added funds.
