when i click Announcement ,announcement message are not displayed in client side?

Hi,

 

I have integrated kayako in whmcs, from support systems admin side i had given an announcement message , inclient side an announcement message is displaying at bottom of the page but after clicking the announcement the page is redirected to

"http://domain/announcements.php?id=2" but in that page the massage are not displaying .

 

How to solve this?

 

Please advice me...
