Hi, I have integrated kayako in whmcs, from support systems admin side i had given an announcement message , inclient side an announcement message is displaying at bottom of the page but after clicking the announcement the page is redirected to "http://domain/announcements.php?id=2" but in that page the massage are not displaying . How to solve this? Please advice me... Regards, kannan
  2. HI, In client area when i click "Request Password Reset". the page is redirected to "passwordreminder.php" but In demo the page is redirected to "pwreset.php". How to solve this problem? or In which file i will make changes? Regards, kannan
  3. Hello, Thanks for the reply. I think when we access the page in https all the links inside the page should also in https. If any of the link in the page is not through https then information can be lacked through that link. We have faced this types of problems in the other sites(not in WHMCS) and the issue is resolved by forcing all the links in the page to use https. Could you please check the same and guide us if I am wrong. Thanks, Kannan
  4. HI, We have the "non secure content" error , In client area "Powered by WHMCompleteSolution" link is there "http://www.whmcs.com/". we want to change it from "http" to "https". i can't find it in client side tpl. so please tell where you place the content. Regards, kannan

  7. I had integrated kayako in whmcs i got a fatal error ,i followed the steps they mentioned . I made the below changes in whmcs (integrate folder) Kayako is the leading help desk software for businesses with multiple team members and teamwork/assignment requirements. WHMCS now allows you to combine the best of billing with the best of support should your support needs outgrow that of the built in functionality. To integrate Kayako software with WHMCS, simply take a look at the /integrate/ folder of your SupportSuite or eSupport download (available from the Kayako members' area) package for the files and instructions. If the /integrate/ folder and its files are not present, contact Kayako support and they should be able to provide you with the files you need. Once you have edited and uploaded the files as described by the readme document found in the /integrate/ folder, you will need to activate the integration within WHMCS. Simply log into your admin area and go to General Settings -> Support and choose Kayako from the Support Module dropdown menu. pls suggest...

Hi, Support ticket with attachment raised from clients email not from whmcs client side ,i can able to download the attachments successfully from that ticket but it is not open in their format also it throws an error . eg: i attached a pdf file ,it is not open in pdf format and it throws some error. Hi, In admin side support ticket reply page ticket status(Open,Closed,Onhold,In progress,Answered..) drop down is there, I want to change "Answered" value by "Awaiting Client Reply". also, I made changes in english.txt $_LANG["supportticketsstatusanswered"] = "Awaiting Client Reply"; but dropdown value is still "Answered". Is it possible to change dropdown value? Please advice me.. Regards, kannan

Hi, Thank you , i made changes in english..txt that you mentioned , the value "Answered " is replaced by "Awaiting client reply" for few of the value "Answered". ie, In client side it is ok but in admin side status ticket dropdown is there how to change its value. please advice me..
