webresellers
In the admin interface, if you click on: CLIENTS and then LIST HOSTING ACCOUNTS, RESELLER ACCOUNT, SERVER ACCOUNTS, OTHER SERVICES, or ACCOUNT ADDONS,... it will display accounts that have a status defined as "FRAUD" or "CANCELLED"... This is misleading. If an account has been deemed fraud or cancelled, why would I want to see it displayed like they are paying for services, when their account is not active, marked as fraud, and are not a paying customer? Shouldn't the default filter display "active" status and not "any"? Kind of a pain to filter for every click. Wouldn't we as customers rather filter for something other than active? If this is not a bug, is there a way to set the default filter status to active?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted October 15, 2009 WHMCS CEO Share Posted October 15, 2009 This isn't a bug as it's never been intended to show active accounts only but you could alter the links in includes/jscript/adminmenu.js to include "&status=Active" to apply an active status filter by default Matt
