What I was thinking is: Dedicated server customers have an assigned IP and server, in a Datacenter. Have a reboot section where they can send a reboot request by selecting the server/IP. Then the script will do a "ping IPhere" if it gets timed out, it will allow the client to send the reboot request. The reboot request is then sent/forwarded to the datacenter reboots@whateverdc.com - depending on server location (must allow multiple locations/dc contacts).
