One template, different menus on different pages?

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I'm sorry for asking this question but I'm not amazingly familiar with smarty so could do with a pointer in the right direction.

My site is essentially split in two - the website with information, and the user control panel in WHMCS. Each has the same design but a different menu. For the most part, this is no problems - however, for the order pages, obviously the menu needs to reflect the website rather than the control panel. Does anyone have any suggestions as to the easiest way to do this?

I do realise that I could do this fairly easily with different templates for each section, but this could bring up other bugs (like not having the right template showing in the right place occassionally) so I would rather look for a more elegant solution, if there is one available?

Many thanks,

Chris
