0 dkent
Are any emails being sent to you or your clients from within the system, even a Welcome email? If no emails are being delivered, you will need to check your mail settings. Screenshot Find the Mail Settings inside WHMCS and enter your details. Make sure to use + for the @ sign otherwise it won't work. If that still doesn't resolve your problem, let us know.
0 MikeDVB
It doesn't sound to me like you've properly configured your products/settings/WHMCS in general. What *have* you done so that we can advise you on the next step?
