Hey,

I have selected my anually ordering thing to have free domains in WHMCS but when I try order with anually payment term it still charges for the domain?

 

How do I accutly make it so its not charged for?

If you would like to give free domains to your customers, go into your Admin area and select "Domain Pricing" from the Setup tab. This is where you will need to ender the pricing for EACH domain name that you wish to sell. As you do not wish to charge your customers, just enter 0.00 in each - by clicking on "Open Pricing".

 

Make sure to add all the TLD's (domain extentions) that you wish to sell. You do not need to set up a Product or Service for domain registrations, you will only need to set it up using the Domain Pricing page, nothing else.

I have done that.

 

I wish to charge for the monthly payment terms but nto yearly.

 

When you add a product/service their is a tab "Free domain" and you can select what payment term has a free domain.

 

I have selected yearly payment term to have free domain but it doesn't work.

You'll need to select the TLD of the free domain you wish to allow, if nothing is selected then any domain will still incur a fee for the Client. If that still doesn't work, please wait for someone else who may be able to help - or open a Support Ticket.
