[NOT A BUG] Category missing from knowledgebase breadcrumbnav

Two options:

 

1. If an article belongs to a single category display its name

 

2. If an article belongs to multiple categories display the name of the category the client just came from (so if someone clicks on the category Billing Issues and views the article Payment Methods breadcrumbnav displays the category as Billing Issues, however if someone were to view the category Ordering and view that same article; display the category as Ordering).

this would cause duplicate content issues and penalties...
