[NOT A BUG] Category missing from knowledgebase breadcrumbnav

I'm using Version: 4.0.2

 

When viewing an article in the knowledgebase, the breadcrumbnav displays:

 

Home > Knowledgebase > Article Title

 

It should be:

 

Home > Knowledgebase > Category > Article Title

Problem with that is an article can belong to multiple categories so how does it know which one to show.

Two options:

 

1. If an article belongs to a single category display its name

 

2. If an article belongs to multiple categories display the name of the category the client just came from (so if someone clicks on the category Billing Issues and views the article Payment Methods breadcrumbnav displays the category as Billing Issues, however if someone were to view the category Ordering and view that same article; display the category as Ordering).

Most articles belong to a single category, so the category should be shown for these articles.

I don't think it's needed as long as the articles are listed with good names.

this would cause duplicate content issues and penalties...
