MikeDVB Posted September 20, 2009 Share Posted September 20, 2009 I've always noticed that WHMCS in the past would automatically credit a user's account when there was a double payment however this hasn't been happening lately. Does the product in the billing system need the Subscription ID of the subscription for it to be credited to the account automatically or is there something we're missing? I'm not sure why the billing system didn't capture the Subscription ID when the individual ordered to begin with because when they did originally sign up and pay they did create a subscription. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
