ozzie
Yes I am planning to use the pre-sales contact page and only give registered clients access to the ticket system. Ozzie

hoball
it seems that the WHMCS contact form is not piped, they are just delivered through PHP mail it seems that whmcs may have the contact form piped also. If there are more than one (me  )agree with this, i will post one in feature request..
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted February 2, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted February 2, 2007 Why use an email pipe? If you want it in your ticket system, just setup a pre-sales department on the support desk and redirect the link.
Chrisw
Yes, but if you allow only registered clients access to support then unregistered members can't access pre-sales
