Hello, If i want to give all existing clients (with active hosting account) an one-month discount, how can I do it in an easy way? I don't want to edit the "recurring amount" one by one..

GREAT! Thanks for all the replies! enjoy using WHMCS =) -
Hello, If my server has disabled direct root access, how can WHMCS perform its automation? Say the server can only access its root privileges with "sudo"
-
that will be a great module. I guess many dedicated server suppliers would like that.

I agree with you. but if the WinApp means a live chat tool, i will vote with both my hands and legs up hehe

Do you use auto-setup on new signup or manually create accounts? what about if the customer add configurable options? manually add back to him?

it seems that the WHMCS contact form is not piped, they are just delivered through PHP mail it seems that whmcs may have the contact form piped also. If there are more than one (me  )agree with this, i will post one in feature request..
-
which is located at http://www.domain.com/whmcs/contact.php or do you use the ticket system all the way?

How do you run your biz? fully managed dedi / self managed dedi / colo / reseller pakage? I am on fully managed dedi currently but looking forward to getting a self-manage, in order to save some budget.
-
This should be done by your service provider if you are on a reseller package , or do it yourself if you rent a dedicated server If you have access to WHM, just hit to apache update and tick Curl, Curl SSL, Save, and you will have it

OH! Thanks for your answer! WHMCS is more brilliant than what I think =P

Hello, I have some customers having more than one hosting account which are due on different dates. Usually they want to pay all the fees in one transaction, but since due date are different, sometimes they pay before invoices are generated. So, my question is: 1. How can I add the money to their account first, and wait for the invoice to be generated? but this will generate un-necessary emails being sent to customers. 2. Is there any settings that I can generate a "one-for-all" invoice for all the hosting account that the customer has? or should i go to feature request? Thanks very much.
-
great! but it will be even better if whmcs integrated.
-
WOW Thanks Matt!
-
problem seems not to be a technical issue, but it will take several days to test out for the cron job
-
good for you, mine are monthly plans and i have added more than twenty of them. lol I think I have to create invoices manually. Matt would you look into it? I think a hotfix maybe necessary for this problem.

Hello! I am running a 2.5.8 and I have imported several account through WHM Import. I have set the due day and sort of, and the order # is 0, coz it is an imported and ownership moved account. While approaching the due day, I don't see any invoices created. They don't create even if I press "Generate Invoice" May I know if there is misconfiguration in my license? and how can I them to invoice automatically? Thanks!

your site looks good! for the font page, SECURE HOSTING, STARTER HOSTING etc you can save some loading time by using a shared background and text

Hello, I have made the trial version working and it seems to me that the following feature is missing: Tickets are created and staff responded, clients required to login their Client Area to update ticket. I see that in Kayako, clients can simply reply to the email notice and the ticket will be updated. Are there tweaks to enable this function?
