0 WHMCS CEO Matt Posted September 15, 2009 WHMCS CEO Share Posted September 15, 2009 Enom's pricing is only $13.90 for a 2 year registration with accounts through us so you could try that (6.95/year)
0 UH-Matt
Your sub account was obviously given to you by someone who wants to rip you off... your pricing is set by the people who gave you your enom account, ask for cheaper pricing. Enom are still a little expensive for .uk domains, but not by that much.
0 uk26
account was provided by WHMCS have loaded $200 so far into the account and then noticed the costs for .co.uk domains so disabled auto reg for co.uk domains in whmcs until i get it sorted. all other domains will still go via enom. I do have my own Nominet Tag, however i am not a full member and such my uk domains would cost £92.00 via nominet Edited September 15, 2009 by uk26
0 JofleyUK
WHMCS should be able to sort that out for you. Just needs to setup manually the pricing for your UK domains.

Seems crazy to have one without the other especially as it would drop the registrations/renewals down to £2.50 + vat per year which is cheaper than eNom.
0 uhhosting
Become a Nominet tag holder and member. Every host pays the same for domains.
0 othellotech
If you have your own tag why not become a member?? Some people are members but not tag-holders as they want to have a say in .uk and enum etc but dont do domain-registrations Some people are tag-holders but not members, which saves the membership fee and still gives them access to the automaton for DAC, management etc I know of at least 1 of our clients who uses us to register them, moves to their tag for management, then back to us for renewals, as they have so few .uk's that saving the £100/year and £400/setup is worth paying us the extra £1 on the domains
