papas76 Posted September 12, 2009 Share Posted September 12, 2009 Hey everyone I have a question with my Imap pipe/pop a thing. I have my support dept setup and configured. I added the link in my cron. I also added the fowarder on my cpanel. I followed the documentation video so I know its setup correctly. Imap is installed on my reseller server but the problem is Im not getting the emails as tickets. Any ideas on what could be happening? striddy Posted September 12, 2009 Share Posted September 12, 2009 You are using cpanel, so you have not followed the instructions correctly. Remove the cron command, use the forwarder instead. In cpanel > forwarders > add forwarder > type your support email address > pipe to a program > public_html/whmcspath/pipe/pipe.php WHMCS is in the UK so be aware of the time zone difference. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
