MikeDVB
I know many providers that are running 4.0.2 without any issues but on our installation none of our clients are able to log into WHMCS. WHMCS tells the user that their password is invalid and when they try to use the "Forgotten Password" tool the password the system emails the client is also invalid. I did some testing to verify that this is really an issue and I am not able to get in to any client's account even using the newly generated passwords created by the "Forgotten Password" tool. I've opened a ticket however this is fairly critical so I was hoping that somebody here might have some advice/suggestions. If a support member wants to take a look the ticket number is #334839 Thanks!

MikeDVB
what was the solution with this as I have same problem. TJ I simply used a different FTP client to upload the upgraded WHMCS and it worked fine. I was using CuteFTP and for some reason it wasn't working right.
