jdk Posted September 9, 2009 Share Posted September 9, 2009 Does WHMCS support system allow for adding staff members that only have access to answering support tickets? I currently use Kayako eSupport, but looking into full integration of WHMCS instead of using eSupport for support and knowledgebase and WHMCS for billing. railto Posted September 11, 2009 Share Posted September 11, 2009 WHMCS is very flexible when adding staff, you can tell it more or less what you do and dont want people accessing, it also has 3 predefined access levels that you can customize, Full Admin, Sales User and Support User.
