WHMCS Admin Permissions

Does WHMCS support system allow for adding staff members that only have access to answering support tickets?

 

I currently use Kayako eSupport, but looking into full integration of WHMCS instead of using eSupport for support and knowledgebase and WHMCS for billing.

 

I looked over the demo of 4.x, but it didn't seem like there was an option to add staff. :?:

WHMCS is very flexible when adding staff, you can tell it more or less what you do and dont want people accessing, it also has 3 predefined access levels that you can customize, Full Admin, Sales User and Support User. This is great for me as soon will be looking to get some people on support and want to lock down what they can access
