kannan Posted September 8, 2009 Share Posted September 8, 2009 Hi, Support ticket with attachment raised from clients email not from whmcs client side ,i can able to download the attachments successfully from that ticket but it is not open in their format also it throws an error . eg: i attached a pdf file ,it is not open in pdf format and it throws some error.
