JumpNetwork
Hello, I am new to WHMCS (Well tried to use it well over a year ago, with no sucess, so now on my second attempt) so please be kind. I have read that there is session share between Kayako and WHMCS, however besides requireing this, is it possible for the following; 1) When in WHMCS, and a user clicks on either Submit Ticket, or View Tickets, then the customer is actually submitting tickets or viewing tickets from the Kayako Support Desk, and not the internal tickets from WHMCS? 2) If not, can you edit the links to the tickets, to have them simply redirecting to the url in Kayako installation for that purpose? eg, when clicking on submit ticket in WHMCS, then the customer leave the whmcs installation, and gets redirected automatically (and logging in) to the kayako support desk? Thanks Chris.
BullsoftHosting - Tom
Yeh I think you can share the session and as you said, its just a case of replacing the default ticket links with you Kayako links.
JumpNetwork
So there is a way, of editing the code for WHMCS, so that where the link is to submit a ticket, you can change that link to go to the kayako support desk for submiting a ticket? Or does it work like, when you submit a ticket in WHMCS, that it is acutally using the kayako support desk, as the ticket system in WHMCS? tbenoit
If you follow the Kayako instructions to integrate SupportSuite with WHMCS, clients will never see the WHMCS ticket/knowledge base systems but only see SupportSuite's
JumpNetwork
Ok, thanks for that. I have found there to be a few posts about this, and some have different ideas, and then links to these instructions, are there official instructions from WHMCS, if so where are they. Thanks again, and sorry if being a pain. Chris
tbenoit
The official instructions are those that Kayako distributes.

tbenoit
Well, don't really need to approach them. Everything is contained in the SupportSuite download.
