chisel Posted January 31, 2007 Share Posted January 31, 2007 Hey everyone, I have the disk and bandwidth working for my AU reseller account, however it is not working for my US reseller. On my AU reseller: (WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-R118 CentOS 4.4 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0) * Suspend/create/etc all work fine. * Disk & Bandwidth stats work fine. On my US reseller: (WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-R34 CentOS 4.4 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0) * Suspend/create/etc all work fine. * Disk & Bandwidth usage DOES NOT work. The accounts in the /reports.php?report=disk_usage_summary&action=updatestats page are just blank for that particular server. Any idea how to fix? I have tried specifying the user account and password in the users account details, but this has made no difference... ?
