Does whmcs support heart internet reseller accounts?

 

If yes how much?

shouldnt matter who the reseller is with as long as they use a control panel like cpanel and you have your own whm than you should be able to use whmcs with it or even if there panel is plesk. I am unfamilliar with heart internet but if its a reseller for web hosting which it looks like it is from what i saw than as long as they use a standard web hosting control panel it should be able to use one of the already set server modules.

I dont think it will even matter if you dont have cPanel as its just the public view folder that WHMCS goes in, just aslong you have SQL on the server should be fine.

Hi Mike, straight answer to your question, there is no support in whmcs for heart internet.

 

This is because heart internet uses their own control panel that they had written and no systems like WHMCS can integrate with them.

 

Heart Internet does have its own system for resellers called host director (or something like that), but i would advise from personal experience to stay away from heart internet

I second that!!

 

They use their own custom Tucows domain ordering system and eXtend control panel. They went and designed this wonderfully useless pre-templated system called Host Pay..... EEEEEKKK!! No Control whatsoever. I would probably ask some kind person on this forum to offer you a reseller account for £29.99+VAT that they are charging with better features and the ability to integrate to a proper control panel.

 

Also having been thereand wore the T-Shirt 3 years ago, their support, or lack of, will be the end of you, especially when they decide to magically move a bunch of your sites around without your consent and then telling you to wait 24-48 hours or it to re-propegae, meanwhle your customer gets sent to a crappy site saying;

 

"This domain has been ordered."

 

WTF. Seriously crap or what.

I agree with JofleyUK, Heart Internet is crap.

 

The main reason of why I don't like them or ever will get hosted by them is due to the fact that they do not offer cPanel and WHM. It's all very well when creating your own control panel, but what they did was completely stupid.

 

The cPanel and WHM is the industry standard, and most people prefer this to anything else (even H-Sphere) because everyone knows how to work it. Heart Internet's eXtend control panel is not very appealing at all.

 

A few years ago I was actually going to sign up with them... but then I found out they don't have cPanel, so they lost money! Shame on them.
