Help Needed...

Hi,

 

I'm an outsource company and deal with a fair few tickets per day... Most of my clients use WHMCS I also use WHMCS however is it possible basically to mirror there ticket side of the business? IE show there tickets in my help desk with the ability to reply to them from my help desk possibly with enough information like what product they are using... what helpdesk the ticket came from....

 

Something like InnoHosting maybe? how do they do it? any ideas!
