We have Enom as our registrar and currently we have whois privacy as an addon option for domain name registration. We're finding that the whois privacy, eventhough it renews with the domain name through WHMCS, it does not actually renew through Enom. I'm now tracking these manually but I'm wondering if this is how everyone handles this or if we've just misconfigured something and there's an automated way for that to renew if the customer has paid for it.
