WHMCS is great software and hats off to Matt All I can say, Thank you Matt for giving us such a nice software that really help us. I remember MB V5 days which was complete nightmare.. and messed billing.

 

WHMCS makes billing so simple..

 

Recently we integrated WHMCS with Vision Helpdesk for Paid Ticket Support and it works like a charm. Thanks to WHMCS API's without which it would be so difficult to integrate with other systems.

 

I wanted to contribute some help on your WIKI but I am not good at Wiki so can you add this in Support Module Integration section example - like you have for Kayako http://wiki.whmcs.com/Kayako

 

Vision Helpdesk Integration with WHMCS to override WHMCS support module

 

1) Copy folder vision from - integration/whmcs/modules/support/ to WHMCS installation -- /modules/support/

 

2) Copy config.php file from vision installation to /module/support/vision/ directory of WHMCS Installation.

 

example : If you have installed Vision at yourdomain.com/support/ then you should find config.php under "support" folder

 

3) Copy the vision directory from integration/whmcs/templates/ to templates directory of WHMCS Installation.

 

4) In WHMCS admin, navigate to General Configuration > Support and choose Vision in the Support Module drop down.
