mtyler Posted August 20, 2009 Share Posted August 20, 2009 I read here about how to add package customization: http://wiki.whmcs.com/HyperVM Under Setting up a HyperVM Package, item #14, it states: The last updated on HyperVM module now support the passing of a hostname via a custom field "Hostname" Yet that doesnt work I added it to the Custom fields and it still creates the VM host as the user. Its not very good to have the hostname as the user. What if there are multiple vms under a user? Basically Im trying to see how we could move out of using Virtuozzo HSPC and there control panels and use FluidVM and WHMCS, and we would want to manually set the hostname to our convention. any ideas on that? Also under Configure HyperVM Automation The steps there dont look anything like my interface on the trial. Are they different?
