I have seen similar questions posted on the forum but have not gotten a definite answer on how to fix this issue. I just moved my WHMCS to a different and everything appears to be working properly except for the email piping. The same email piping settings that I had on my old server were copied over to the new one. However, now when a user sends an email to one of our departments they getting the following message:

local delivery failed

The ticket is not opening and the above error message is being emailed back to them. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Thanks for your time!
