Is live support not going to be offered anymore? There was live sales chat previously, but if you'd ever requested support, you would have been forwarded straight to open a support ticket as the people on there did not know about the technical side of things. The sales chat is not available at the current time but this has resulted in no change to support - support has always been via support ticket only.
