jsemmanuel Posted August 11, 2009 Share Posted August 11, 2009 I am trying to customize the client order page. When a client orders, he has two options to customize his package. The first is the operating system. When he selects his OS, I want the list of software packages available to change according to the softwares available to the OS. How can I get that done? Also is there a way to return an error message to the client when he/she places the order itself in case there is something wrong with the order? Say there is another field called PIN. If the PIN is invalid, the order will not proceed. Is there a way to do that? I was looking at the cart templates and modifying that seems to be the only way to go.
