Custom Registrar for free domain

Hey, we are going to be using this system to help provide better support and management for our clients - South African Clans, we provide hosting for free.

 

Our only issue is that we will have to make a custom registrar module, i have looked at the API that WHMcs provides...

 

The registrations and any updates must be emailed to the domain registrar in plain text, with all the details - this is easy and we can do this part no problem.

 

We however are having problems with getting to see how the API functions, and how we can test if our module will work. i.e. how do we send test data - the manual says to make an entry in the intial array like "TestMode" - which we can use later to check if its set an then just do a simple if statment to change email addresses...

 

However when we add this to the array - well anything for that matter - we don;t see the options in the admin section... like the standard ones have - username, password etc...

 

We are using WHMcs V3.0RC2 - we like the new modifications and ofcourse the forced secure ports for cPanel.

 

Any help would be greatly help us - we will release the code on the forums for anyone else who might have a similar need...
