aptohosting Posted January 25, 2007 Share Posted January 25, 2007 Hey guys, I was testing things out with WHMCS since im new. I made myself a test shared hosting account. It worked awesome it set up in whmcs and in WHM. However when I "DELETED CLIENT" it removed everything off whmcs like it was supposed to however his account is still on my WHM (server) is there a setting I need to change? MACscr Posted January 26, 2007 Share Posted January 26, 2007 Nope, it shouldnt do both as every server is different so it would be different type of termination for each. Plus, maybe your wanting to delete the billing account and not the hosting account. There are all kinds of reasons. I personally think you should never delete an account and just turn it to inactive.
