changing support titles and navbar name

For the breadcrumnav, where can i change the names and titles, for instance it start at support> then goes to whatever next support > announcement etc.

 

How do i change support to something else this is not the title this is the breadcrumbnav.

 

Now to the title do i just change the title of the page in the php file?

 

well seems to be a variable if i am correct. {$pagetitle} will display title of page where is the title of that page store. my guess is in the header title of the php file itself please advice.

All the text is stored in the language file so that's what you need to edit - eg. lang/English.txt
