Where did you come from dropped down - on sign-up form?

Hi I've not looked into myself yet, so it might be easy, but how possible is it to put a drop down input selection field into the register sign-up form

 

something like

 

Where did you hear about us?

- webhostingtalk

- google search

- google ads

- etc

 

so the fields would need to be inputted into in whmcs.

could this be done by the custom fields or is that only for contact/support forms?
