junior1 Posted July 19, 2009 Share Posted July 19, 2009 Hello, when my customers are going to sign up for hosting, the system ask them for their name, address, phone number, card number etc. There are 3 things that are not working correctly: 1)The phone number format that it is accepting is for example 8139655272 , I need it to be able to accept all kinds of different formats since people in U.S. is used to write it in different ways like (813)965-5272 or 813.965.5272 or 813 965 5272 or 813-965-5272 2)At the bottom of the credit card details, the system is asking for ( Issue number ) I know they can leave that blank and the transaction will still go through, however, the bottom line is that it is confusing my customers and sometimes delaying my transactions for a few days. 3)At the bottom of the credit card details, the system is asking for ( Issue Date) Again, this is also confusing my customers.
