JonJames
I am having the same problem. Any suggestions? I'm not sure how to implement the instructions above. What do you do after adding "$display_errors=true; " to your configuration file?

azizarnold
Try to ensure you have under Setup->Product/Services->Servers and edit your server to ensure SSL is on or off depending on your setup. I would try either. I experienced before and this was one of the issues I had.
