ffeingol
We've run into a minor issue with WHMCS and I was just looking for other peoples opinion. We have WHMCS setup to run fraud checks on all new orders. If the order fails the fraud check the product is put in a fraud status but the client is left in an open status. This is a bit of a pain as we have to go back and change the clients status to 'closed'. If we don't do this and we happen to run a mass-mail the fraud signups get emailed. We would prefer to have clients put into a closed (or possibly a new fraud status) if the initial order is marked as fraud. Anyone else having a similar issue or a work-around?

The fraud check marks the order as fraud and not the client, this is why the client is left in the open state.
ffeingol
Yes, I totally understand what it's doing. I was just wondering if anyone else was having issues with this (i.e. because it's not in a closed or possibly fraud status). We did not realize that they were left in an 'Open' status until we went to send a mass email (to all open clients). We now go in a change the status for all fraud orders, but that is a manual process that we would prefer not to do.

This is all we do as we have not found another solution.
