djspark
I'm not sure where this problem lies, but I know whenever whmcs registers a new domain that has client information with special characters it fails. However from directi directly I can include these special characters. Is there anyway to send them in a way directi accepts them or to clean them prior to submission? Regards, Mark
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 19, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 19, 2007 What characters are you referring to? I have never seen this issue.

MediaIgniter
I've had this issue as well, a customer's city was Mile' and it rejected it until I removed the ' from the name.
adakist
Maybe it would be possible to strip any characters but A-Z,a-z,0-9 (only characters Directi can be sent for each field)?
