reds
Is it my Reseller ID and Parent ID that I need to enter into WHMCS once I've added funds to DirectI? Or do I have to create a customer and get a customer ID instead of my Reseller ID within my reseller account on DirectI in order to register a domain? THanks
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 18, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 18, 2007 Those fields are for your reseller id and parent id of your reseller account. There is also a field for customer id which must be a customer you create in your reseller account.
reds
So I need to create a new customer for each domain I register? I can't just use my reseller account?
reds
To answer my own question .. Yes, I needed to create an account within my reseller, transfer funds to it and use that Customer ID in WHMCS config.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 18, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 18, 2007 Indeed, not a new customer for each domain you register however. It is all in our KB: http://support.whmcs.com/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&catid=5&id=6 As a note to everyone, please check the KB & Manual for answers to common questions - they are there to help!

Thanks for your quick replys anyhow
