TDub Posted June 22, 2009 Share Posted June 22, 2009 When a customer uploads an image attachment with a support ticket, such as .jpg, I just get a blank page or a connection error when trying to view it. Anyone know what would cause this? Running IIS6 and WHMCS v4. Tried adding a MIME type but doesn't seem to help.
