WHM Packages / WHMCS

Recommended Posts

Can someone explain to me how these work.

I have 3 packages setup in WHM like plan1, plan2 and plan3 and i have 3 products setup setup in whmcs. Each product uses different plan. Like plan 1 would have lower diskspace/bandwidth quota where as plan2 would have slightly higher diskspace/bandwidth quota and so on. Do i have to have a seperate package in whm for each plan or can i just have a package in whm named say test and then run the 3 products of that one package. If doing that will the custom quotas i set in whmcs produts be used?

For each package you have in WHM, you need to have a matching product in WHMCS.

Make sure you name the product in WHMCS the same as you have in WHM.

e.g. cpanelusername_packagename at Setup > Products > Edit Product > Module Settings> WHM Package Name
