0 DataHosts
Have you submitted a support ticket for the WHMCS Staff? Could be as simple as misconfig on your side. No one else has stated this issue.

0 chrisnpg
Within whmcs under reports "Disk Space & Bandwidth Usage Summary" all that is listed under "Client Name/Domain" is the node and ip address for each package. Why is the domain name or client not listed there? Not really sure how to go about changing what is pulled into this field. What area does this report get all the data that it needs for each client? Thanks for any help.

0 blymp
I'm having a similar problem but is just the disk space that is not being updated on my WHMCS: http://grab.by/zoU and instead is showing unlimited: http://grab.by/zpV On my WHM is not set unlimited I can't even set this option in the shared host.
0 mikelegg
I'm also unable to get stats working with Plesk 9.2 Win.
0 blymp
You don't get only the bandwidth or you don't get at all? We are working over it, seem that something is going on with PHP, XML, parsing codes and WHMCS codes. I'm also unable to get stats working with Plesk 9.2 Win.
0 mikelegg
OK I've worked some of this out ... You only get stats on Plesk domains THAT WERE CREATED BY WHMCS. Whether all that is required is that you assign each domain account to it's own individual client account (Client name - Client ID) I haven't ascertained yet. I'll keep experimenting and post the results here. Now I'm having the problem as reported above where the limits are showing as "unlimited", but hey at least we're getting somewhere. 0 blymp
Me, my data center and Matt figure out my issue that was in the PHP XML parsing, where I had to set my PHP to run on the version 4. I guess the data center has to build it again and then it might gonna work with the newer version.
